Epic Theatres Guest Policy
At Epic Theatres, we strive to provide all guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable moviegoing experience. To help us maintain this environment, please review and observe the following policies:
Age & Rating Restrictions:
- Guests under the age of 12 are not permitted to attend R-rated films
- Guests aged 12-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the R-rated film
- Proper photo identification is required to attend R-rated and NC-17 films
- Guests under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult who is 21 years or older for all movies starting at 8pm or later. (Palm Coast, Oakleaf, Ocala, St. Augustine, Titusville, and West Volusia locations only).
Tickets & Refunds:
- Refunds or exchanges for unused tickets are not available after the feature start time
- Tickets purchased online include a per-ticket convenience fee which is non-refundable
- Guests are required to keep their ticket in their possesion at all time and must present it upon request, including when exiting the audtorium for restrooms or concessions.
Saftey & Security:
- Backpacks, bags and other personal items are subject to search before entry
- Outside food or beverages are not permitted inside the theater
- Smoking, vaping and chewing tobacco are not allowed inside the building. Designated smoking and vaping areas are located in the parking lot
- Possession or use of drugs of any kind is strictly prohibited
Courtesy & Conduct:
- Strollers cannot be left in the auditorium's ADA reserved seating area
- Recording devices, including smart glasses, must be powered off and stored before entering any auditorium
- Masks, hoods, costumes or makeup that obscure the face are not permitted
- Cell phones must be sileneced before previews begin
- Excessive talking, disruptive behavior, profanity or rudeness will not be tolerated
- Overconsumption of alcohol or signs of intoxication will result in removal from the premises
- Epic Theatres reserves the right to refuse service, including alcohol service, to any guest
- Loitering inside or outside of the theater is not permitted
- Alcohol (opened or unopened) purchased at the theatre may not be removed from the premises
- Pets are not allowed but service animals are welcome. Animals that are specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome in the theatre. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA
General Policies:
- Epic Theatres is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items
- Proper and neat attire is required and is subject to management discretion
- Solicitation of any kind is prohibited without prior approval from our corporate office
- Please be considerate of others when deciding whether to bring infants or small children to the theatre
